Very good performance with a minor downside. The 500W motor provides plenty of power for hills and acceleration, and the battery life is impressive. My only issue is that the scooter doesn't come with a storage bag or phone mount, which are accessories I had to buy separately. Also, the assembly instructions could be clearer for beginners. But these are small complaints
