When you dont want the electric scooter and you want to return you have to pay the DHL maybe if you are Lucky you get the money back but first you need to pay normally they send you a kind off label what you can print to send the item back this compagny don't do that its kind of weird and strange that the costumer needs to pay for that

bonne petite trottinette qui fonctionne bien, le limitateur de vitesse est vraiment agréable, tout comme le reglage de l'intensité des freins via l'application son seul bémol, la batterie qui ne tient pas longtemps à 25km/h sur 2 barres de batterie sur 5 et ensuite elle passe à 20km/h sur les 2 dernières barre ! il faut compter entre 10km à 20km d'autonomie selon son allure et environs 40 min a 60 min d'utilisation ! puis en 3h de charge c'est reparti !

Honestly I just enjoy taking this out on weekends. It's not just for commuting. The ride is smooth and the handling is predictable. My teenage son also loves borrowing it. Delivery was smooth and the box was well packed.

Had this for a couple of weeks now. Taken it out in light rain (not recommended but it happened) and it survived fine. The tires have good grip and the lights are bright enough for evening rides. Assembly was just attaching the handlebars. Easy.
