Living in a busy city, this scooter has been a game changer. Beats traffic, easy to park. The lights are very effective. I feel safe riding it. The only small improvement would be a slightly louder bell. Otherwise, flawless.

The scooter is very smooth and quiet. Acceleration is gradual, which I prefer for safety. The deck is wide enough for my feet. I have taken it on various surfaces and it feels stable. The lights are a great feature for evening rides. My only wish is that the app had a few more features. But as a simple, reliable scooter, it is fantastic.

After three weeks, one of the LED lights started flickering. Customer service sent a replacement part quickly. Aside from that, performance has been great. The scooter is powerful enough for hills. Good support.
