So far everything is OK, based on the video we found on youtube, the assembly was easy. It arrived very quickly. I miss the front turn signal, but we knew it wasn't there, only at the back. The display is not tilted like in the pictures, but it doesn't affect its use. We are satisfied

I've taken this on several long rides and it's been fantastic. The battery lasts and the ride is comfortable. The scooter looks great too.

I was sceptical about the claimed 100km range but after a month of use I can confirm it's accurate. I get about 92km on eco mode and around 75km in sport mode with aggressive riding. The 20Ah battery is a genuine beast. The 2000W motor provides smooth, powerful acceleration and the 60km/h top speed is more than enough for any situation. The 17-inch tyres give you so much confidence on the road and the suspension is excellent. The seat is comfortable and the scooter feels well-built. The only small issue is the charging time – 9 hours is long. But considering the range, it's understandable. This is the best scooter I've owned for range and performance. Highly recommended!

C’est une bonne machine après c’est difficile de communiquer avec le vendeur, je pensais qu’il était en Allemagne mais apparemment c’est en Chine. petit problème de batterie au départ avec le XX5 car j’ai deux modèles et bah écoutez j’attends depuis un mois et demi demi, il y a un arrangemen. j’ai reçu une batterie usagée en photo et j’ai pas été OK pour l’arrangement et ça traîne depuis un mois. c’est le troisième que je prends chez eux. Sinon c’est le bonne machine. Vérifie bien les batteries. je recommande la machine DX5 pros

For the money, this scooter is hard to beat. It rides smoothly, handles small bumps fine, and folds up nicely. The only reason for four stars is that the manual could be better. But the scooter itself is great. Very happy.

After using this for a couple of weeks I can confidently recommend it. It rides well, folds easily, and the range is accurate. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the instructions for the first charge were a bit confusing.
