Only getting about 15km range. I'm within the weight limit. Maybe I got a dud battery. Contacted support, waiting for reply.
Feels very planted on the road. No wobble at speed. The 8.5 inch tyres and the weight (13kg) contribute to a very stable ride. Confidence inspiring.
The motor is quite loud, especially when accelerating. You can hear it over traffic. Other than that, it's a decent scooter for the money.
Saves me an hour a day on public transport. The 30km/h speed limit is fine for city riding. The double brakes are a must for safety. Highly recommend.
Had a small issue with the throttle. Sent a video and they sent a new part immediately. Can't fault the support. Scooter is great too.
The display screen cracked without any impact. Just noticed it one day. Still works, but looks terrible. Must be a weak point.
We use it to get between pubs in town. Folds up and we take it inside. Never have to wait for Ubers. The 20-40km range handles a whole night out.
a solid scooter."
My wife tried it and found it too big and heavy (13kg). She struggled to control it. Fine for me (average build), but maybe not for smaller people.
Only had it a week but so far, so good. Charges fast, rides smooth. The double brakes give me confidence. Hoping it stays this way.
I like that it doesn't jolt forward. Very smooth power delivery. Makes for a comfortable ride, even in stop-start traffic. Brakes are equally smooth.
The latch that holds it folded when carrying broke after a month. Now it flops open. Still rideable, but annoying to carry. Contacting support.
Hard to beat at this price point. The 36V battery gives decent range and the 350W motor is peppy. A great entry-level commuter scooter.
I'm 118kg, right on the limit. The scooter moves, but slowly and the motor sounds like it's working very hard. Probably better for lighter riders.
Does the job. Gets me from A to B without fuss. The 3-4 hour charge time is convenient overnight. Would buy again if this one ever breaks.
Courier left the box in the rain. Luckily the inner packaging kept it dry, but the box fell apart. Scooter works fine though. 4 stars for the product.
Feels like it will last. The double braking system is a standout feature. Stopping power is fantastic. A safe choice for city riding.
Ad said speed levels, but I only seem to have one speed? Maybe I'm missing something. Top speed is there, but no limiter. A bit confused.
Six months in and still loving it. Done about 500 miles on it. Only had to pump up the tyres once. Very durable. Good job, Hezzo.
In bright sunlight, you can't see the display at all. Have to shield it with my hand to check my speed. Not a huge issue, but poor design.
I'm lightweight (60kg) and I get nearly 40km on a charge. Perfect for my long weekend rides along the coast. Motor handles the distance fine.
The rubber grips are a bit hard and thin. My hands go numb after 20 minutes. Might replace them with something softer. Otherwise, it rides well.
My mate bought one after trying mine. It's just a solid, reliable scooter. No frills, but does exactly what you need it to. Can't ask for more.
Some days it's great, other days the battery seems to drain fast. Might be the temperature. It's okay, but not as consistent as I'd like for a daily rider.
Folds in seconds and fits in the boot of my Mini Cooper. The 13kg weight is easy to lift in and out. Great for combining with car trips.
Lives at the top of a steep hill. The 350W motor just can't manage it. I have to kick-assist or take a longer, flatter route. Fine on the flat.
Bought for my husband's Christmas. He uses it every day to go to the pub! The 120kg load limit is fine for him and his shopping. Very pleased.
Love that I can take it on the bus if I get tired or it rains. Folds up small. The 30km/h top speed is fun on the cycle paths. Great scooter.
The stem and handlebars have a tiny bit of play in them. Tightened everything but it's still there. Probably fine, but doesn't feel premium. Everything else is solid.
The front and rear brakes are a game-changer. Feels much safer than my old scooter with just one brake. Confidence-inspiring in traffic.
Is it just mine, or is the motor quite whiny? It's not a deal-breaker, but you definitely know it's working. Neighbours can hear me coming down the street.
Doesn't break the bank and gets the job done. My previous scooter was stolen, so didn't want to spend a fortune. This one is perfect as a replacement.
I weigh 115kg, under the 120kg limit, and the scooter struggles on even gentle slopes. It goes fine on the flat, but I wouldn't trust this limit if you're near it.
