Hezzo G30 (UK) Electric Scooter

I took it on a long ride that I estimated to be 55km. I made it home with 5% battery left. The advertised range is legit. Very happy.

I was on the fence, but I'm glad I got it. It's made my daily life easier and more fun. If you're considering it, just go for it.

Honestly, I had medium expectations for this price, but it exceeded them. The power is there, the range is there, and it feels well-put-together.

Easy fix with a pump, but it would have been nice if they were inflated perfectly from the factory. After pumping it up, it's been holding air fine.

I deliver newspapers with this now. The 150kg load is overkill for my needs, but the long range means I can do my whole route on one charge. Reliable.

I had a question about the battery. I emailed them and got a response in a few hours. Nice to know they stand behind the product. Scooter is great too.

Common issue with disc brakes. They're silent when dry, but in the rain they squeal a bit when stopping. The stopping power is still there, just noisy.

It's great for pavement and hard-packed trails, but the lack of suspension means big roots and rocks are jarring. Stick to smoother paths and it's perfect.

It says it has 10" tyres, which are great for urban exploring, but don't take it on proper off-road trails. It's an urban commuter, and it excels at that.

The 10" tyres absorb a lot, but my old bones would appreciate a bit of suspension on some of the rougher roads around here. Still a great scooter though.

On smooth tarmac it's perfect. On rough, bumpy roads, there's some rattling from the handlebars/folding mechanism. Doesn't affect performance, just a bit annoying.

Just plugs into a standard wall socket. The 4-6 hour charge is consistent. I keep it under my desk at work and charge it there sometimes. Very convenient.
