I took it on a long ride that I estimated to be 55km. I made it home with 5% battery left. The advertised range is legit. Very happy.
I was on the fence, but I'm glad I got it. It's made my daily life easier and more fun. If you're considering it, just go for it.
Honestly, I had medium expectations for this price, but it exceeded them. The power is there, the range is there, and it feels well-put-together.
Easy fix with a pump, but it would have been nice if they were inflated perfectly from the factory. After pumping it up, it's been holding air fine.
I deliver newspapers with this now. The 150kg load is overkill for my needs, but the long range means I can do my whole route on one charge. Reliable.
I had a question about the battery. I emailed them and got a response in a few hours. Nice to know they stand behind the product. Scooter is great too.
Common issue with disc brakes. They're silent when dry, but in the rain they squeal a bit when stopping. The stopping power is still there, just noisy.
It's great for pavement and hard-packed trails, but the lack of suspension means big roots and rocks are jarring. Stick to smoother paths and it's perfect.
I've been riding almost daily and it's been perfect. No loose parts, no battery degradation, no flat tires. Just a solid, reliable machine.
Does everything well: speed, range, comfort. The 500W motor and 36V battery are a proven combo. I did a lot of research and this was the winner.
I've had to adjust the brakes and add air to the tires. Super simple to work on. The design is straightforward and doesn't require special tools.
It's winter now and the range has dropped a bit, maybe to around 45km. That's normal for lithium batteries. Still gets me where I need to go.
I wear size 13 shoes and I have plenty of room. Standing comfortably makes a huge difference on longer rides. Good design.
I see these everywhere on campus now. The 10-inch tires handle the brick paths better than the rental scooters. Glad I bought my own.
The box was damaged and there was a small scuff on the fender. Not the scooter's fault, but FedEx needs to be more careful. The scooter itself rides great.
I was expecting it to be sluggish, but it's actually quite peppy. The 500W gets you moving quickly, which is essential for crossing intersections safely.
Bought a couple for my grandkids when they visit. They are easy to ride and the speed limiter (which I found in the settings) lets me keep it safe for them. Sturdy build.
This thing is just a blast to ride. It's quick, handles great, and the range means you can just keep going. I look for excuses to ride it now.
I'm a photographer and I carry a heavy backpack. The scooter doesn't even notice the extra weight. The 150kg max load gives me peace of mind.
The dual disc brakes are no joke. You have to be careful not to grab them too hard at first. They provide excellent stopping power in all conditions.
The 10" tyres handle the gravel and bumps on the towpath really well. Smooth and quiet. The 500W motor is also quiet enough not to scare the ducks!
The battery meter shows low quite early, but you actually have plenty of range left. It's a bit nerve-wracking but I've learned to trust it. Still gets the advertised range.
You can't beat the specs for this price point. A 500W motor and a 36V 15Ah battery usually costs more. Very happy with the value.
I've had a few close calls and the front and rear disc brakes have saved me every time. The stopping power is instant and reliable. Can't stress this enough.
No need for special wiring. I just plug it into any wall outlet. The 4-6 hour charge time is usually on the lower end for me, about 4.5 hours.
Was looking at the Xiaomi and the Ninebot, but this Hezzo G30 offered better specs (disc brakes!) for the money. Very happy with my choice.
People complain, but it's the price you pay for a sturdy frame and a big battery. I'd rather have the solid feel and the 50-60km range than a flimsy lightweight.
It says it has 10" tyres, which are great for urban exploring, but don't take it on proper off-road trails. It's an urban commuter, and it excels at that.
Simple design, easy to clean, and everything is accessible. I've checked the disc brakes and they're easy to adjust. Good for the DIY mechanic.
The 10" tyres absorb a lot, but my old bones would appreciate a bit of suspension on some of the rougher roads around here. Still a great scooter though.
Replaced my bus pass with this. It paid for itself in a few months. The 500W motor gets me up the hills and the 36V battery has great range. Highly recommend.
On smooth tarmac it's perfect. On rough, bumpy roads, there's some rattling from the handlebars/folding mechanism. Doesn't affect performance, just a bit annoying.
Just plugs into a standard wall socket. The 4-6 hour charge is consistent. I keep it under my desk at work and charge it there sometimes. Very convenient.
